Brian Hawkins – Founder/Principal
Brian has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and International Relations from the University of San Diego, and a Masters in Business Administration, International Marketing and Advertising from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). In 1992, he founded and is currently a partner in a creative marketing and advertising agency, Catalyst. Brian has developed global projects for companies that include Kimberly-Clark in South Africa, Chrysler Jeep & Levis in Romania, Kellogg’s in Italy, and AT&T in France. For the past 9 years, he has been a Professor of marketing, advertising, and branding at the University of California, San Diego. Brian has lived, studied and worked in the United States, Italy and France. Aside from his native English, Brian is proficient in French and Italian, and is conversant in German, Spanish, and Norwegian.
Designed, sold (AT&T sponsorship) & implemented this $750,000 program over a three-year period. Designed & implemented a nationwide campaign between True Value Hardware Stores and the National American Red Cross. Implemented a $1 million campaign including two national television specials, point-of-sale promotion, and co-branded product line that raised $27 million for the ARC.
Designed & sold a corporate partnership program to support a unique permanent exhibit of Technology and Science designed to provide public education and promote corporate partners at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park. Raised $350,000 in 1998/1999.
Co-Developed the largest environmental education, public-private partnership in San Diego history, including program, creative slogan Think Blue?, partnership design & sales. This partnership model and associated promotional materials are used by the EPA in markets nationwide.

Audrey Patterson is the principal of Ark Marketing. She brings decades of results-based experience to an organization. Started in 2003, Ark Marketing’s mission is to define and understand the critical outcomes required for real success, then develop and provide effective solutions based on bringing together the essential skills, insights and innovation necessary for that specific project. Her resume includes local, statewide and national projects. She has a group of specialists that include media buyers and marketing geniuses, artists, writers, graphic animators and radio and television producers.

Fabrizio Donato – Allora Contemporary Marketing
Fabrizio Donato has a Bachelor’s Degree in communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. Fabrizio is a certified cross-cultural negotiator and professional mediator. Donato is the founder and CEO of ALLORA, a Contemporary Marketing Agency. Donato has more than 15 years in sales and customer service. He has work experience in the fields of manufacturing, sales and merchandising, digital business development, restaurant management, fashion and social marketing. In 2006, Fabrizio worked in the wholesale marketing department at Giorgio Armani Corp. in New York City.
In 2004, Fabrizio co-founded International Links, a professional networking non-profit organization based in San Diego. In 1999, he was awarded “Top National Sales Area Manager.” He is a member of the Public Relation Society of America.
